Together with their parents, Keela Brownrigg and Ian Vaughn announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of John and Brenda Brownrigg and the granddaughter of John and Pat Brownrigg of Belpre, and the late Rose Hostottle of Parkersburg. She is a 2007 graduate of Belpre High School and a 2010 graduate of Ohio University with a bachelor's degree in Spanish education. She is employed as a Spanish teacher at an elementary school in Bradenton, Fla.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of David Vaughn and the late Beth Vaughn of Belpre and the grandson of Mary Ann Vaughn and the late Lewis W. Vaughn of Belpre, L. Burl Moore and MaryLou Moore of Belpre and Wilma Sams Moore of Parkersburg. He is also a 2007 graduate of Belpre High School and a 2010 graduate of Hocking College with a degree in nursing. He is employed as a nurse at a doctor's office in Bradenton.
