Kyle Anne Dugas and Lawrence Ison III were united in marriage on March 19 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Parkersburg. The ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Eric Hall.
The bride is the daughter of Gary and Lizabeth Dugas of Vienna. She is a 2002 graduate of Parkersburg High School and a 2007 graduate of Glenville State College, earning a bachelor's degree in education. She is employed at Deshler Middle School in Tuscumbia, Ala., as a science teacher.
The bridegroom is the son of Lawrence and Linda Ison Jr. of Virginia Beach, Va. He is a 1994 graduate of Kempsville High School and a 1999 graduate of Old Dominion University, earning a bachelor's degree in English. He is employed with Norfolk Southern Railroad as an accident investigator.
The bride was escorted by her father. She wore a ivory floor-length gown with embroidery and hand-beaded pearls throughout the train. She carried a cascading bouquet of ivory calla lillies, roses and greenery with pearl sprays.
The bride's twin sister, Kelsey Dugas, served as maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Jamie McKown and Tamu Hagwood. The junior bridesmaid was Kaylee Davisson and the flower girls were Olivia and Breanne Knight.
Clarence Knight served as best man. Groomsmen were Joshua Hughes and Scott Miles. The ringbearer was Aman Hagwood.
A St. Patrick's Day theme reception was held at the Worthington Golf Course following the wedding.
After a honeymoon to Puerto Rico in June, the couple reside in Muscle Shoals, Ala.
