PARKERSBURG - A Wood County grand jury on Friday indicted 72 people, Prosecuting Attorney Jason A. Wharton said.
They were:
* Sherry Adams, 46, 1004 Pike St., Parkersburg, for delivery of a controlled substance in December 2009.
* Dwaine Allen Barnes, 25, 11 Sierra Place, Parkersburg, on five counts of delivery of a controlled substance between April 2010 and July 2010.
* Tiffeny Lynn Bay, 26, 52825 Lydia Road, Coolville, and Harli Rose Law, 19, North Central Regional Jail, for burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, unlawful entry, conspiracy to commit unlawful entry and destruction of property in January.
* Brandon Albert Bennett, 25, 7031/2 Locust St., Parkersburg, on two counts of child abuse resulting in injury, domestic battery, two counts of child neglect creating risk of serious bodily injury in May 2010.
* Douglas Shane Bolton, 31, North Central Regional Jail, obtaining money by false pretense in November 2006.
* William A. Boyd, 43, 1502 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, driving while license revoked for driving under the influence of alcohol, third offense, in January.
* Allen Leon Brown, 54, 817 B Williams St., Parkersburg, for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, second offense, in September.
* Sylvan Miller Burdette II, 45, 25 Fox Hill Drive, Parkersburg, for receiving stolen property and aiding in concealing stolen property in March 2010.
* Joshua Allen Cale, 20, North Central Regional Jail, for robbery in the first degree in January.
* Timothy Allen Caplinger, 25, address unknown, on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance in May and June 2010.
* Jesse D. Carpenter, 28, 304 Palmer Drive, Parkersburg, for malicious assault in March.
* Joseph Wayne Carpenter, 24, 6070 Dupont Road, Washington, W.Va., for breaking and entering, entering without breaking and grand larceny in November 2009.
* Piper Carpenter, 50, 1733 St. Marys Ave., Apt. 3, Parkersburg, for possession of a controlled substance with Intent to deliver in July.
* Kevin Curtis Carroll. 24, 712 32nd St., Parkersburg, for grand larceny and destruction of property in February 2010.
* Chad Lewis Casto, 35, North Central Regional Jail, for burglary, unlawful entry and battery in March.
* John Edward Channels III, 25, 909 13th St., Parkersburg, for breaking and entering in March.
* Mark Kelly Comuzie, 52, 500 13th St., Apt. 102, Parkersburg, and Connie Lou Comuzie, 52, 500 13th St., Apt. 102, Parkersburg, for fraudulent scheme and conspiracy to commit a fraudulent scheme in May 2010.
* Joshua Michael Conger, 32, North Central Regional Jail, and Jessie J. Adams, 53, 1111 Latrobe St., Apt. 2, Parkersburg, for operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory and conspiracy to commit operating a clandestine drug laboratory in March.
* James Michael Crum, 24, 1403 24th St., Parkersburg, and Tyler Mark Hutson, 19, 1403 24th St., Parkersburg, for two counts of breaking and entering and two counts of conspiracy to commit breaking and entering in February 2010.
* Mark Allen Davis, 34, 6111/2 Wilber St., Parkersburg, for grand larceny in February 2010.
* Thomas Deegan, 34, 317 Locust Drive, Mineral Wells, and Darlene Deegan, 52, 317 Locust Drive, Mineral Wells, for manufacture of a controlled substance and conspiracy to commit manufacturing of a controlled substance in February 2010.
* Donald Earl Dillon Jr., 31,1205 14th St., Parkersburg, for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance in September.
* Dennis Drain, 48, 1010 47th St., Vienna, for burglary and four counts of assault in July.
* Daniel John Dunham II, 19, 4408 15th Ave., Parkersburg, for breaking and entering, conspiracy to commit breaking and entering and destruction of property in June.
* David Nicholas Echard, 28, 27 Selmar Lane, Parkersburg, for fleeing from an officer in a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in September.
* Ty Evans, 49, 898 Cedar Grove Road, Parkersburg, for two counts of obtaining money by false pretense from June 2009 to October 2009.
* Russell Wade Flinn, 45, 720 Hill St., Parkersburg, on two counts of burglary, unlawful entry and breaking and entering in June.
* Reco James Frye, 22, 2402 11th Avenue, Apt. 1, Vienna, for three counts of delivery of a controlled substance from July to August.
* Todd A. Graham, 27, 7641 Pike St., Lot 11, Parkersburg, for five counts of sexual abuse in the first degree from May 2009 to Sept. 6.
* Daniel Ray Haugh, 28, 57 Dandy Lane, Washington, W.Va., for child abuse resulting in bodily injury and domestic battery in November.
* Victor L. Heard, 24, North Central Regional Jail, and Shane Mathurin, 21, North Central Regional Jail, for three counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver this year.
* Joshua Howard Hedges, 32, 1207 14th St., Parkersburg, for two counts of domestic battery, third offense, in October.
* Ronald Ray Hinton, 55, 812 Wood St., Parkersburg, for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance in October 2009.
* Kenneth Allen Hutson, 31, 204 Ivy St., Parkersburg, for two counts failure to provide notice of registration changes, second offense, from March to June 2006.
* Perry Wayne Hutson, 33, 805 39th St., Vienna, for sexual assault in the second degree and sexual abuse in the second degree from July 2009 to Sept. 8, 2009.
* Mathis E. Johnson, 27,1405 18th St., Parkersburg, for petit larceny and uttering in May 2010.
* David Frederick Jones, 52,1013 E. 12th St., Parkersburg, for two counts of obtaining money by false pretense, two counts of forgery, two counts of uttering and two counts of taking the identity of another person in March 2010.
* Shawn M. Layman, 30, North Central Regional Jail, for driving while license revoked for driving under the influence of alcohol, third offense, in February.
* Brian Shane Lent, 37,798 Williams Highway, Parkersburg, for two counts of driving while under the influence of alcohol, third offense, in January.
* Kevin E. Lowe, 34, North Central Regional Jail; Silvanus E. Johnson, 55, North Central Regional Jail; and Vicky J. Gebhart, 48, Zanesville, for grand larceny and conspiracy to commit grand larceny in February.
* Mark Anthony Martino, 29, 54 Center St., Parkersburg, for breaking and entering and conspiracy to commit breaking and entering in December 2009.
* Chad Michael Maston, 33, 122 E. Fourth St., Williamstown, for driving while under the influence of alcohol, third offense, in March 2010.
* Kenneth Matthews, 27, North Central Regional Jail, for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver in December.
* Philip McCloy, 21, 238 Highland Lake Terrace, Washington, W.Va., for breaking and entering, entering without breaking and grand larceny in November 2009.
* Edward J. Milam, 33, 501 32nd St., Lot A8, Parkersburg, for breaking and entering, entering without breaking, burglary, unlawful entry and attempted grand larceny in October 2009.
* Michael Todd Morrison, 43, 3512 Elm St., Parkersburg, for fleeing from an officer while under the influence of alcohol in March 2010.
* Nickia Denise Nutter, 32, 2704 1/2 Linden St., Parkersburg, for four counts of the fraudulent use of an access device in May 2010.
* Charles Wade Parsons II, 29, North Central Regional Jail, for robbery in the first degree, two counts of domestic battery, third offense, in February.
* Everett Twyman Patterson, 46, North Central Regional Jail, for two counts of failure to register or provide notice of registration changes from August to November.
* Marshall Lynn Polan, 23, 634 Liberty St., Parkersburg, for three counts of sexual assault in the second degree, burglary and domestic battery in July.
* Brandon Porter, 25, North Central Regional Jail, for first-degree arson and third-degree arson in January.
* Christopher Allen Reynolds, 24, North Central Regional Jail, for two counts of malicious assault and destruction of property in February.
* Kit T. Rozzell, 33, 944 Juliana St., Parkersburg, for grand larceny in February.
* Barbarina Lee Shaffer, 36, 2586 Laurel Creek Road, Waverly, for malicious assault in October.
* Michael Fuller Smart, 25, North Central Regional Jail, for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance from July to September and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver in December.
* Douglas Bryan Taylor, 53, 1813 17th St., Parkersburg, for two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver in February 2009.
* Robert Clinton Taylor, 62, Richlands, Va., Kenneth Russ Boswell, 37, 634 North Wickman Ave., Princeton, W.Va., and Elvis Adam Boswell, 22, 155 Stawberry Loop, Princeton, for obtaining money by false pretense and conspiracy to commit obtaining money by false pretense in July 2009.
* Lindsey Tibbs, 33, 138 South Fifth St., Parkersburg, for malicious assault in September 2010.
* Joella Treadway, 62, 211 Sixth Ave., Parkersburg, for abuse of an incapacitated adult in July 2008.
* Matthew Allen Wallace, 34, 1314 Spring St., Apt. 1, Parkersburg, for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, conspiracy to commit delivery of a controlled substance in March.
* David Lee Williams Jr., 41, 407 Spring Valley Estates, Elizabeth, for two counts of driving while under the influence of alcohol, third offense, and driving while license was revoked for driving under the influence of alcohol in January.
* Silas Ira Willis, 24, North Central Regional Jail, for first-degree arson in October.
