Flossie V. Quirion and Thomas E. Wise were united in marriage on Jan. 1, 2011. The ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Sam Henry.
The bride is the daughter of the late Joseph and Sadie Quirion of Augusta, Maine.
She is also the mother of Debbie Campbell (JB) of Parkersburg, Mark Lowers of St. Augustine, Fla., Michael Lowers of Flagler Beach, Fla., Tracy Brown of Palm Coast, Fla., and the late Melissa Albright. She has three granddaughters, Michelle Walker, Courtney Lowers and Tiffany Brown; three grandsons, Jason Dellinger, Travis Brown and Mark Lowers Jr.; one great-grandson, Cole Walker; and two great-granddaughters, Tiftin Godwin and Madison Lowers.

She retired from the Bureau of Public Debt after more than 30 years of employment.
The groom is the son of Renia and the late Sam Wells of Marietta.
He is also the father of Thomas Wise Jr. and Erica Boston, both of Belpre.
He has one grandson, Brody. He is a retired contractor.
The couple reside in Flagler Beach, Fla.
