Sabrina Kay Jones and David Newton Adams were united in marriage May 19, 2010, on Sandbridge Beach, Va. The Rev. David R. Hulse officiated the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Rodney and Tammy S. Jones of Parkersburg, formerly of Silverton, W.Va. She is the granddaughter of the late Betty Jean Armstead Pullen of Ripley, and the late Verlin Jones and the late Dorothy Jones Arison of Ravenswood. She is a 2006 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and a 2010 graduate of West Virginia University with a degree in fine arts. She is employed by MedExpress in Vienna.
The groom is the son of Cathy and Rob Maas of Parkersburg and Donald and Sherry Adams of Washington, W.Va. He is the grandson of Patricia Roush and the late Eugene Roush of Parkersburg and Carol Adams and the late Donald Adams of Washington.

He is the great-grandson of Gladys Davis of Brohard, W.Va. He is a 2003 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and a 2010 graduate of WV Junior College with a degree in information technology. He is employed by UTI at DuPont.
The wedding vows were exchanged on Sandbridge Beach under an arch designed by the bride and constructed by her father and brother-in-law. It was decorated with bamboo, chiffon and sea shells. The beach was decorated with an aisle of various seashells and an array of rose petals. Vases of flowers on pedestals accented each side of the arch.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father. She wore an ivory chiffon A-line gown with straps and crystal beading around the empire waist. Pleats cascaded from the waist into the floor-length skirt featuring a sweep train. Her fingertip veil featured an embellished edge with scattered crystals. The bride carried a bouquet of ivory and coral calla lilies.
Denita Jones, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor. Ashley Adams, sister of the groom; Christina Dotson, friend of the bride; Emily Fertig, friend of the bride and Michelle Holmes, sister of the bride were bridesmaids. All were attired in different style gowns of coral chiffon. They carried coral calla lily bouquets.
The groom wore an ivory tuxedo with brown vest and a miniature coral calla lily boutonniere. Chris Lively, friend of the groom, served as best man. Tony Graziani, friend of the groom; Mark Holmes, brother-in-law of the bride; Jerry Simons, uncle of the bride and Zachary Holmes, nephew of the bride, were groomsmen. They wore brown tuxedos, coral vests and miniature calla lily boutonnieres.
A reception was held following the wedding in the beach house. Vicki Stalnaker, aunt of the bride, prepared the wedding meal.
The four-tiered ivory wedding cake was decorated with a bowl of live goldfish under the top tier and completed with white chocolate seashells and edible sand.
After a honeymoon at the Turtle Cay Resort in Virginia Beach, the couple reside in Parkersburg.
