Victoria Oster and Brandon Stull were married on Aug. 20, 2010, at New Beginnings Church in Morgantown in a ceremony officiated by Bryan Kiehl.
The bride is the daughter of Ninoca and Michael Oster of Vernal, Utah. The groom is the son of Jodi and Rodney Stull of Parkersburg.
Grandparents of the bride are the late Norman and Frances Oster of Fort Ashby, Patricia Oster of Springfield and the late Lope and Wilhelmena Mendez of Long Beach, Calif. Grandparents of the groom are the late Ralph and Sylvia Stull of Parkersburg and Gary and Eileen Ritenour of Belpre.
The bride was given in marriage on behalf of her parents by her older brother, Ryan Oster. The man of honor was Justin Loudin of Charleston, longtime friend of the bride. The best man was Bryan Stull of Parkersburg, the brother of the groom.
The bride is a 2006 graduate of Hampshire High School and is attending West Virginia University, majoring in multidisciplinary studies. She is a full-time toddler day care teacher at New Beginnings Day Care Center in Morgantown.
The groom is a 2004 graduate of Parkersburg High School and a 2008 graduate of WVU with a bachelor's degree in criminology.
He is enrolled in WVU's EMBA program and is set to graduate with a master's in 2011. He is employed by WesBanco of Morgantown.
The couple plans a honeymoon in Orlando, Fla., in 2011 and will reside in Morgantown.
