Thomas Brandjes

Thomas Sheridan Brandjes of Parkersburg passed away Dec 29, 2009, at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.

Tom was born in Parkersburg on Dec. 26, 1946, to the late Martin and Bonna Malone Brandjes.

Tom served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1968 to 1970. He was also previously employed by Superior Toyota.

Survivors include his two sons and daughters-in-law. Mark and Tabitha Lee Crowley Brandjes of Boston, Mass., Jeremy and Amanda Sue Brandjes of Little Hocking; grandchildren Marcy Ann Brandjes, Emily Mary Francis Brandjes, Saoirse Grace Brandjes, Padriag Fionn Brandjes, Emma Marcell Marie Brandjes, Lily Grace Leigh Brandjes, and Alexander Mark Thomas Brandjes; five brothers and sisters-in-law. Martin and Dawn Brandjes of Parkersburg, Charles and Cheri Brandjes of Humboldt, Ariz., Joseph and Judy Brandjes of Marietta, Patrick and Cindy Brandjes of Glendale, Ariz., Helen and Jan Hunt of Vienna, Anna and Monte Goodpaster of Bedford, Ind., Carl and Tammy Brandjes of Parkersburg; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister Mary Shepheard and nephew, Martin Brandjes IV.

The family will have private services at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with cremation to follow.
