PARKERSBURG - After two days of deliberations, a special session of the Wood County grand jury returned indictments against 41 individuals Tuesday.
Wood County Prosecutor Jason Wharton said of the 41, four were presented again from the September grand jury to correct statutory language. He said there were no sealed indictments.
Indictments presented again to the grand jury were:
- Michael Fox and Suzanne Fox, both 49, 53 Society Hill, Mineral Wells, were indicted on charges of intentional abuse of an elder person and voluntary manslaughter from December 2008.
- Matthew Jacob Hubley, 19, was indicted on three counts of first-degree sexual abuse from January 2009 and five counts of second-degree sexual assault from April 2009.
- Andrew Lee Ross, 22, 1423 30th St., Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of burglary and domestic battery from August 2009.
Other indictments presented to the panel were:
- Michael Everett Barnhart, 38, 3302 Hemlock St., Parkersburg, indicted on charges of abduction, second-degree sexual assault and first-degree attempted sexual abuse from March 2009.
- Randall A. Beatty, 710 Grandview St., Apt. B, Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of malicious assault, attempted murder and two counts of third-offense domestic battery from June 2009.
- Corey Frank Bonar, 22, 447 Ranis Road, Belleville, was indicted on three counts of burglary, one count of grand larceny from August 2008 and two counts of unlawful entry of a dwelling from April and August 2008.
- Edward James Williams, 23, 901 14th St., Parkersburg, was indicted on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver from August 2008.
- Chad Bosley, 35, in custody at North Central Regional Jail, Greenwood, was indicted on charges of first-degree arson and second-degree arson from October 2008.
- David Eugene Bostaph, 30, 3109 N. Meadville Road, Davisville, was indicted on one count of malicious assault from October 2008.
- Charles Thomas Bowman Sr., 56, 12 Island Ave., Trailer No. 7, Buckhannon, and William Sherman Baugh, 42, 166 Berlin Road., Weston, were named as co-defendants in an indictment charging them with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, transportation of a controlled substance into the state with intent to deliver and conspiracy to commit delivery of a controlled substance from August 2008.
- Christopher Conley Brown, 40, 1934 1/2 Worthington St., Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of embezzlement and grand larceny by embezzlement from February 2007 through June 2008.
- David Lee Caplinger, 37, 1908 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of fleeing from an officer while under the influence of alcohol, third-offense driving while under the influence of alcohol, third-offense driving while license revoked for driving under the influence of alcohol, fleeing from an officer and battery upon a police officer from January 2009.
- Jeremy Elijah Ernest, 25, 423 W. Sandusky St., Findlay, Ohio, was indicted on a charge of third-degree sexual assault from March and April 2006.
- Stormy Joy Estep, 32, 500 13th St., Apt. 303, Parkersburg, was indicted on a charge of malicious assault from December 2008.
- James Nicholas Fetty, 29, 1403 24th St., Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of third-offense driving under the influence of alcohol, third-offense driving with a blood alcohol concentration of .08 or more by weight, second-offense driving while license revoked for driving under the influence of alcohol, fleeing from an officer and possession of a controlled substance, from January 2009.
- Douglas Wayne Fouts, 36, 3106 Williamstown Pike, Williamstown, was indicted on charges of breaking and entering and two counts of unlawful taking of a vehicle from December 2008.
- Randall Lee Greene, 31, 600 13th St., Parkersburg, was indicted on a charge of malicious assault from December 2008.
- Kerry Griffith, 22, in custody at North Central Regional Jail, Greenwood, and Thomas John Tuttle, 1913 1/2 Dudley Ave., Parkersburg, were named as co-defendants in an indictment charging them with burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary and petit larceny from December 2008.
- Kevin Griffin, 22, No. 5 Peachtree Road, Oakhurst, N.J., was indicted on three counts of third-degree sexual assault from November 2008.
- James Michael Hendershot, 24, 4809 Emerson Ave., Parkersburg, and Cody Bryson Callahan, 32, 1030 Market Manor, Parkersburg, were indicted on charges of attempted burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary from December 2008. Hendershot was also indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver from February 2009.
- Charles Dana Johnson, 45, 2121 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was indicted on two counts each of burglary and battery from December 2008.
- Gregory Stephen King II, 25, 23175 Britzer Road, Coolville, Ohio, was indicted on charges of burglary and malicious assault from December 2008.
- Michael Allen Lipps, 39, 10 Waverly Acres, Waverly, was indicted on charges of third-offense driving while under the influence of alcohol and second-offense driving while license revoked for driving under the influence of alcohol from December 2008.
- Patrick Henry McMillion, 53, 2217 16th Ave., Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of failure to provide notice of registration changes from June 2008 and failure to register from November 2008.
- Ronald Lee Miller, 45, 2320 36th St., Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of third-offense driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving while license revoked for driving under the influence of alcohol from December 2008.
- Whitney Helen Morrow, 22, 1962 Princeton St., Parkersburg, and Sean Nalle, age and address unknown, were named as co-defendants in an indictment on charges of first-degree robbery and conspiracy to commit burglary from November 2008.
- Curtis Dean Richards Jr., 26, in custody at the South Central Regional Jail, South Charleston, was indicted on charges of burglary, petit larceny, forgery and uttering from November 2008.
- Andrew Lee Ross, 22, 1423 30th St., Parkersburg, was indicted on charges of burglary and domestic battery from August 2009.
- David Lee Rowe Jr., 33, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, Greenwood, was indicted on two counts of failure to provide notice of registration changes from April and May 2009.
- Henry Sasyn, 44, 1307 Greenmont Hill Drive, Vienna, was indicted on a malicious assault charge from April 2009.
- Geri Jo Scarfpin, 43, 1626 Lee St., Parkersburg, was indicted on two counts of burglary and one count of unlawful entry of a dwelling and four counts of fraudulent use of an access device from July and August 2008.
- Alex Lamar Sollberger, 24, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, Greenwood, was indicted on two counts of attempting to obtain controlled substance by fraud, forgery or deception from November 2008.
- Terry Allen Tanner, 48, 417 Avery St. Apt. 102, Parkersburg, was indicted on three counts of failure to provide notice of registration changes from January 2007 through September 2008.
- Clyde Anthony Taylor, 40, 924 Swann St., Parkersburg, was indicted on two counts each of grand larceny and unlawful entry of a dwelling, four counts of burglary and 12 counts each of forgery and uttering and one count of petit larceny from October and November 2008.
- Toney M. Tibbs, 41, 3015 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, was indicted on a charge of malicious assault from August 2008.
- Jeannie Marie Tingler, 33, 11 Riverview Trailer Park, Parkersburg, was indicted on one count each of burglary and battery from January 2009.
- John Wesley Williams, 46, 1111 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was indicted on two counts of burglary from August 2008.
