Dustin W. Smith

Dustin Wayne Smith, 24, of Harrisville, died Oct. 18, 2009, in Pennsboro as a result of an automobile accident.

He was born Aug. 28, 1985, in Parkersburg, the son of John Franklin and Teresa Hall Smith of Harrisville.

Dustin graduated from Ritchie County High School in 2004 and had been a member of the Ritchie County High School Band. He was employed by Simonton Windows and was a member of Mt. Pisgah Community Church near Harrisville.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by brothers, Jonah David Smith and Jacob Odis Smith, both of the home; and maternal grandmother, Linda D. Hall of Harrisville.

He was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Franklin R. Hall; and paternal grandparents, Odis and Thelma Davis Smith.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2009, at Raiguel Funeral Home, Harrisville, with the Rev. John Rexroad officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Pisgah Cemetery near Harrisville. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
