Brothers of the victim, 19-year-old Toney Lee Dickel and 20-year-old Daniel Dickel, both of Mineral Wells, were arrested at the Wood County Sheriff's Office around 6 p.m. and charged with burglary after voluntarily going in for questioning regarding the shooting, said Lt. Bruce Riffle.

A third man, Scott Gough, 19, of 161 Huber Drive, Parkersburg, was arrested around 7 p.m. and charged with burglary after turning himself in to authorities, officials said.
