Patricia M. Bailey

Patricia M. Bailey, 37, of Elizabeth, W.Va., died Thursday, July 23, 2009, at St. Joseph's Hospital.

She was born in Columbus, Ohio, a daughter of the late David O. Foggin and Juanita (Martin) Foggin.

She was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking, drawing and animals.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Dolan P. Bailey Sr.; daughter, Tess Bailey of the home; stepson, Dolan P. Bailey Jr. of Parkersburg; and two stepsisters.

Services will be 3 p.m. today at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with the Rev. Mark Lowe officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Walker, W.Va. Visitation will be from 1-3 p.m. today at the funeral home.
