Connie J. Richards

Connie J. Richards, 51, of Vienna passed away Nov. 29, 2008, at her residence.

She was born in Wheeling, W.Va., a daughter of Betty Harsh Morgan of Parkersburg and the late Lloyd Morgan Jr. She graduated in 1991 from the WVU-P School of Nursing as an R.N. but she devoted her life to raising her two girls.

Connie is survived by her husband of 20 years, Mark Richards; two daughters, Megan Rawlings Sharry (Justin) of Midlothian, Va., and Miranda Richards of Morgantown, W.Va.; one brother, Mark Morgan of Parkersburg; stepmother, Sally Morgan of Vienna; and one granddaughter, Haley Sharry.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by one son, Terence Rawlings; and her first husband, Terry "Smoke" Rawlings.

A celebration of Connie's life will be 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave., Vienna, with the Rev. Jim Mike Ward officiating. A gathering of family and friends will be at the funeral home following the services.
