Joshua R. Uppole

Joshua R. Uppole, 25, of Parkersburg passed away June 30, 2008, at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.

He was born April 2, 1983, in Parkersburg, a son of Alfred Uppole Jr. and Paula Evans Uppole of Parkersburg. Joshua was employed with Lee Myles Transmission Service, Parkersburg, and attended the Calvary Mission Church. He enjoyed music and animals and will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brothers and sisters, Chris Uppole (Darla) of Williamstown, Wendy Bunner of Parkersburg, Shelly Artrip (Gary) of Ashville, Ohio, and Gabe Uppole (Ashley) of Carthage, N.C.; maternal grandparents, Ethel Parsons of Parkersburg and Duane and Sandy Evans of Parkersburg; paternal grandmother, Betty Uppole of Williamstown; and 15 nieces and nephews.

Joshua was preceded in death by his two grandfathers, Delbert Parsons and Alfred Uppole Sr.; and one cousin, Stephen Parsons.

Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Green Street, Parkersburg. Interment will follow at the Harper Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, noon to 8 p.m. Friday and until time of service Saturday at the funeral home.
