Luncheon scheduled for today

Soup and luncheon will be from 12:30-3 p.m. today at the Pennsville United Methodist Fellowship room. There will be homemade soups including chicken noodle, vegetable, chili and bean soup. There will also be barbecue pork and ham sandwiches, dessert, coffee and iced tea. A freewill offering will be accepted. Proceeds will go to Steve Jeffers for a mission trip to Honduras.

Larry Arnold will be speaking for the Church of Christ in Pennsville today. In the morning, his subject will be “What Baptism will Do” and in the evening, “Cut Your Losses.” Pennsville Volunteer Fire Department will meet at 8 p.m. Monday at the firehouse.

Pennsville United Methodist Women will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the fellowship room. Beverly Sealock will present the program. Shirley Timberman will have response moment. Pennsville Grange 1754 will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday at the grange hall for the regular meeting. Members are to have a number for the program. Dues are payable now. Refreshments will be by Marty and Jo Starling.
