How is he able to keep the remaining properties if he ISN'T able to pay taxes on them? I remember reading not long ago that the City is handling a trust fund/tax fund account of his cause he wasn't paying property taxes.

Sad to see the houses that were once beautiful an well maintained be turned into run down places an not up kept at all because of people like this property owner.

I think he should be put behind bars for being a slumlord. But it wont happen.

Interesting that this one was torn down although others have sat vacant and decrepit for years. Oh, that's right, Sharyn Tallman is right around the corner. Seem a bit coincidental? I think NOT.

This same owner owns property all over town, and one was a duplex that sat at 803 Quincy Street for FIVE YEARS after a fire gutted the inside! Go by today and see the jungle of weeds and tall grass that property is now! The grass was cut ONCE since the structure was razed! All he cares about is collecting that low income rent and he could care less about who he rents to. 803 Quincy was a crack house for several years after he purchased the duplex. HE should be held responsible every time one of his tenants breaks the law. You wouldn't see anyone like that living in HIS neighborhood!

Get rid of all the slum lords renting to crack heads and it could be nice again.

Some of those old structures were once fine homes, sad to see what a slum that area has become.
