Don't give them a cent till gate comes down if my taxes are going to be used then I want to drive through there.if cops didn't take cars home we would get at least another year out of them why lease buy them. Who is liable if cop takes car home and takes it to store and is involved in accident .

DontLetThisHappen-there is not a million dollar home up there. Look at real estate listings and transfers, not one. The average house in that neighborhood is 400k.

The man who drives the expensive truck up there that has Ohio tags, is the developer , Denver Horn. I'm pretty sure that he was the one that was responsible to do the road. Also , 4,000 a year is not a lot to pay in taxes for a million dollar house. I live in Parkersburg in a approximately 225,000 house and I pay 2200.00. It seems that their taxes need to be increased too.

Here is the question, is Wyndemere part of Parkersburg or not, do they pay Parkersburg City tax's. If so than Id say we should take Gregory B. Krivchenia II up on his offer, before we're stuck paying for all the repairs to bring their roads up to city code.

I don't believe that the City of Parkersburg really needs to go looking for additional projects to fund as it has more than enough current official obligations to address already.
