I've had to report my phone being out several times since they took over. It hasn't worked right for two weeks, but I haven't bothered to report it yet. They make a day-long appointment, then you never see them, they call up two days after the appt. day and either want another appt. or ask if the phone is working. The main office doesn't send the orders in a timely manner, so the repair techs can't repair what they know nothing about. Every time they goof around with something at the switch, my phone goes dead. Rural WV is even worse, the phones are out every time the wind blows. Check your bills for unauthorized charges!

We didn't know anything about it until we went to the drug store last night, and they told us.
