That entrance/exit is long overdue to be closed or at least prohibitive of left-hand turns.

This is a really bad turn. I agree that no left turn should be allowed out of Sam's Club. It's nearly impossible to get out to the center turn lane and you can't tell how fast traffic is coming. I'm not surprised there aren't more accidents at this location.

There should be no left hand turn out of Sam's. Further more, last Friday evening there was a head on collision at the upper end of Vienna where a truck went left of center and hit a couple with their 3 dogs. The couple sustained critical injuries. One is in Morgantown, the other in Charleston. One of their dogs died, the other is waiting for their owner to "make the call" but their injuries are too significant for them to make phone calls. The guy driving the truck did not have a license or insurance and walked away from the accident without even a citation. WHY was this not in the paper or on WTAP?
