Reed needs to focus on his own budget and spending before raising more fees. His department was responsible for the "gift" of $8000 to the city of Parkersburg for the TWO automated trash cans at town square.

Oh yes, lets add yet another tax. Homeowner just wants something better for themselves, nope, gotta pay the gov a big wad of cash which busts the budget. A business wants to enter the county, nope, not going there look how draconian their fees are. Get a clue folks.
