Newspaper running damage control for DuPont now I see. All comments by Fun-Fun were deleted. Nothing that violated the TOS that I noticed.

Seems to me that stiffer penalties for littering need to be implemented along with better enforcement.

Make the people who are caught in the act devote their time cleaning up the trash in lieu of a fine.
