Prospective employees should leave their cigarettes, Adderall, cell phones, kids, and dogs at home. Don't call off on your first day or any other day. Don't tell your boss how to run his or her business. Don't gossip and badmouth your coworkers. Be as willing to work on your 834th day as you were on your first day. Follow these rules and everyone will get along just fine.

Prospective employees do need to learn how to apply and interview for jobs. It also helps that employees like their jobs and give good service to their employer for which they are paid a living wage with retirement/health benefits. Running a business or company is a partnership of sorts. Mutual respect is paramount.
