He was a popular American President who easily won a 2nd term despite a projected close race who was responsible for tremendous strides in protecting the environment, stabilized relations with Americas enemies and allies alike, addressed Anericas health care crises despite strong opposition from the opposing party who controlled the House and despite strong opposition and little support attempted to reduce the impact guns had on the American culture.

No, I am not referring to Barack Obama. Despite the numerous positions and legislative success that would please many a liberal today, Richard Milhouse Nuxon is most notably remembered for proclaiming he wasn't a crook.

His crimes included cover ups, lies and using the IRS to target his enemies.

Sound familiar?

What's that Shakespear quote again, oneill? Your Valerie PLume and other delusions have put you in an obama type daze.

You rightly started your rant with a yawn and it ended that way for me.

These 3 major scandals and ignoring the constitution, are nothing new for obama et al. The only difference is that, this time, he tramped on the rights of his crony, the ÀP, so they had to pay attention. They got their just reward for covering up for him for 4 years.

Glad to see We can come together as a Nation and leave out the partisan politics on this day honoring our Troops. I mean they're only risking their lives to uphold the U.S. Constitution and Our many Freedoms it protects. Like the First Amendment where faceless people with a computer and Internet connection post comments that no one ever needed to read.

President Obama marked Memorial Day by laying a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknowns at Arlington National Cemetery and urging Americans to remember the soldiers still fighting, and dying, in Afghanistan.

After a ceremony steeped in solemn tradition, the commander-in-chief said he fears the men and and women of the military are fading from the public consciousness because many people don't know anyone serving in the all-volunteer fighting force.

"The truth cannot be ignored. Today, most Americans are not directly touched by war," Obama said at the hallowed burial ground, where rows of headstones were topped by small flags and cannon fire could be heard in the distance.

"As a consequence, not all Americans may fully grasp the depths of sacrifice, the profound costs, that are made in our name."

Does that sound like Socialism?

Denver there was no name calling from me. But when when some acts in a radical form it needs to be addressed.

Besides you are the last person that should question anybody. You have personally insulted me in the past on here so please step down from your soap box.

All I have to say is " Thank You WV" For being a red state and that all 55 counties voted against the socialist. CA will always be a blue state because of all the illegal immigrants that want something for free. Again, I am proud of the WV people
