One LITTLE significant factor that this article fails to cite, is that many of these same students are required to work 2 jobs {at inadequate minimum wage} to keep a roof over their head. At the same time they are accumulating massive student loan debt, that will require the rest of their lives to pay. Big Banks borrow money from our government at .075%, while student loans will soon be at 6.%. Minimum wage should be at $10 per hour and student loans should be at the same rate as the BIG BANKS get.

Another factor is that many students at WVU-P are there on public assistance and do not have to work outside the home because they're already getting food, low income housing and child care provided for them at school. They are unfortunatly the majority now.
