I just hope that one day the names of the 2 or 3 people that this family hate so much are cleared. No one seems to give a darn about them - what have they experienced due to the accusations that they were responsible for taking someones life? That's really all the "Justice" site is about...HATE...Mis-Guided HATE Slander, defamation - in the end it is very possible that we will find that these are the only two crimes that have been committed.

You have a right to an opinion WV4Life. As I have a right to mine. I'm not sure what to say except thank you and God be with you.

J4J - There are probably several "I don't know answers" because no one was there but Jaleayah. No one will be able to provide you with perfect explanation or moment by moment replay of the accident that took your daughters life. You're correct - I can't imagine the struggles you face everyday. I have followed your Justice page since it was shared with me in early 2012. I have looked at all the photos you've posted, the accident was horrible. As for how her clothes were torn off, I believe the guardrails could have easily done this. I believe this because they each show blood and flesh on them and would have had to tore through her clothing in order to get to her body.

And to continue with my statement. Neither of you know my daughter and her normal emotional state, how can you say her crying was from alcohol consumption. Perhaps you can explain how her clothing was torn off on those two posts. Did you look closely at the pictures I posted. I imagine you did. Please shed some light on what you believe took place, step by step as those experts you have so much faith in had more "I don't know" answers in that meeting than actual facts.

Normally I would never comment on anything that people would say as a "comment" on an article about my daughters case. But I would like to explain something to "beepbeep" and "WV4life". I notice that you think I cannot accept that my daughter was drinking and driving and WANT to believe that it wasn't an accident and that someone else was involved because it either gives me something else to focus on or something to do. How could you possibly KNOW what I want or how I feel or what would make my life easier. NO, I do not blame Stafford or hold any hate toward her for what she did. If you have kept up on this case from day 1, you would notice that long before Ember told her story, I said ON THE NEWS that I knew it wasn't an accident. I still believe that. Was my daughter drinking? Yes. I have never said different. Not only were either of you in the meeting we had with the so called "experts", I doubt that either of you were at the scene as her bo

@stopthehate: You just need to stop trying to put the blame on the commenters. People have legitimate feelings about this case. They can voice their anger. This woman did something terrible in so many ways AND wasted tax payer monies. I hope she cannot return to her caretaker role UNTIL she has passes a thorough psychiatric evaluation, shown remorse and paid the city back for the money they are out. You can defend her NAME all you want, because right now it is LIAR.

Stopthehate - I'm sure you can agree that Ember's actions are not normal behaviors. Only Ember knows why she did what she did. Careless disregard for her family (being the sole provider) and for the Davis Family as well as the family of those whose name she drug through the mud. On a lighter note, she's got 6 mos to think about it.

Wv4life I do know this girl personally. Not saying she is a perfect person as none of us are. She has never been anything but kind and caring for as long as I've known her. Which I have known her for many years. Like I said I'm not necessarily defending her actions. But I will help defend her name. Also like I said, no one knows why she said what she said. So unless we know why she did what she did let us not pass judgement.

Stopthehate - why are you fighting so hard to defend this liar? Although Kim may THINK her daughter was murdered, her hypothesis was backed up when Ember threw together this BS story. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say...that I'm sure that those that know Ember KNOW that this is not the first BS story that they have heard come out of her mouth. Habitual Liar is my guess

I'm not saying that this girl isn't wrong for what she did. But like I said no one knows why she said/did what she did. And like I mentioned before Kim has always thought it was a murder and not an accident. So don't point all fingers at this lady. I have read several posts and still read several posts where people blame the law enforcement for not doing a proper investigation. You can't make everyone happy no matter what the facts say.

Really 26101 - I think the mother has a desire to believe that someone else did this and that it couldn't possibly be an accident brought on by a night of drinking. I think that holding onto this gives her something to do besides accepting what most of us already have.

I hate liars. My question is "why did she lie". Her story tells me she may really know the truth.Did she make up these lies in order to protect somebody that is guilty. Could be herself or a lover that she is trying to protect. Let her rot in jail with her lies.

I meant the physics majors and accident reconstructionists that apparently all either live on the blogs or the justice for jaleayah site. It is troubling that the mother wants to point fingers at law enforcement constantly and has no problem with a person that ADMITTEDLY made up the whole sick story...

OK, so the mother of the deceased girl has NO PROBLEM??? With someone making up a complete fairy tale about her being a witness in her daughters case and still insist its all the Sheriff's Dept fault? That is sad...and stopthehate, read your screen name and well....STOP THE HATE! Convinced more than ever that the Sheriffs Dept. handled the case as it needed to be handled, Oh yeah, the physics majors and accident reconstructionists still know more than all of the trained investigators but other than that, come on people, not only stop the hate, stop the stupidity.

I really hope that the prison mental health system does an in depth evaluation of this lady. Showing this type of behavior is concerning and maybe she needs some intense help before resuming her care of the children and the mother.

Actually Aaron, if WCSO wanted her they knew where she lived and worked It wasn't her fault they were to lazy to go serve the warrant and pick her up.

Okay, great; She received the max sentence; BUT we have to foot the bill to keep her at the tune of 46 buckaroonies a day.Personally, I believe she owes the WCSO quite a chunk of change also for that wild goose chase.

I'm aware that they aren't admissible BUT having passed it she could have set the ball rolling towards even more wasted time and false accusations. I'm just saying Thanks Goodness she didn't pass the first one.

Wv4life, luckily the system doesn't work like that. It takes more than passing or not passing a polygraph to get a conviction on someone. Also polygraphs aren't submissible in court. Many factors can cause anyone to pass or fail a polygraph. They are not 100% accurate which is why they aren't submissible in court.

Had an interesting discussion with some co-workers about this and the question "WHAT IF she would have passed the lie detector?" came up. How much more drama would this have brought. What if it did lead to the prosecution and conviction of those the accused? This is WHY she was handed and deserves the maximum sentence. Luckily she's not as smart as the thinks she is.

What's funny is so many people are so quick to judge. Yes she did wrong. But do any of us know why? No we do not. Yes she has 4 children and yes she is the sole provider for them. No she does not get assistance. I think we all need to let this case settle and let the Davis family have some peace. Stafford wasn't the one who claimed it was murder. Those scenarios were out before she went to the police. So before passing judgment make sure your slate is clean.

and to waters...nice to see we have a magistrate that isn't afraid to sentence the maximum...we need more down there that will do the same...it's a slap in the face to law enforcement when magistrates set little pissy bonds and half~hearted sentences...good work!

Davis said her family was not hurt by Stafford's actions.

"What hurt was the (BS) from the sheriff's department."

this statement really bothers me...how can the family say stafford didn't hurt them?...it was her b.s. lies that created the whole murder scenerio!...this turned out to be completely false...soooo, it seems that stafford is the ONLY one that hurt them and the fact they can't accept the investigation outcome, is really not the sheriff dept.'s fault... good points 4life, well said...

Glad to see she's relocating to WV...now they can support her and 4 kids ...or does being the sole provider mean she doesn't get assistance...there's a free check in the mix somewhere.
