The musket being used is NOT a toy, it is a firearm as is defined by Wv State Law. It is capable of firing projectiles out of the muzzle. Also there is no mention as to what "training" the patriot will have to go through.

this is what is wrong with government. Lawmakers wasted time, energy and money on allow a high school kid carry a toy gun at sporting events, while the roads are falling apart; unemployment is high; and there are numerous more important issues to be fixed. Now the Governor will probably fly in by helicopter wasting a couple of thousand dollars to do a publicity stunt. Government is broken.
