Wonderful! Now the ER's will be even more glutted with sniffles and DV cases and even more welfare losers will have more access to pill mill doctors for Xanax and oxycontin. WV tax payers need something else to pay for. Of course BCBS backs things that help to line the insurance company's pockets!Keep on "redistributing the wealth"- pretty soon that will be a flat line.
