Cost of healthcare is out of control and must be contained. Unfortunately, that means staffing/employee compensation will need to be reduced. The healthcare industry must find ways to be more efficient. Our hospitals and doctors will no longer find that they have a blank check to which they can just fill in the amount and cash at the local bank.

In my business I practice Lean manufacturing, hospitals all over the country are reducing waste by being more efficient. By doing this, it saves them money by reducing non effiecient waste.
