Beep, I am glad that this loser is off the street but I get tired of the excuses from you of why Parkersburg Police don't run Etc. the Military has my inmost respect for the high standards Parkersburg doesn't have any. You really do care where I live that it makes you so jealous that I can still stay in touch with events from back home. I was bred, born and raised in Parkersburg, but if you look hard enough on the wall of PHS you may see my picture on the wall. Don't worry, I will be in this Thanksgiving, by the way I do not eat at McD, that place will get you fat. Buy bikes for the officers to use, save money on fuel and get in shape, win/ win situation. LAPD will run your butt down then they will taser your butt. They are in shape and don't get me started on the Highway patrol guys.

"Thegirls" the answer to your question is yes' but better, although I am not in law enforcement, I do compete in Senior level sports. In the military, if a person cannot passed the physical and endurance test they are out!

Trust me, he can run, catch and tackle the bad guys. Look at his record. Even for a "fat dude". Remington and Sookie, can you do the same?

Do police officers have to take any kind of physical training test . They should have to take one every 2 years (like push ups,sit ups,and 2 mile run)if they fail it then goodbye.

not sure how this went from catching a repetitive criminal to some "fat guy" that's some interesting stuff there. I would like to say thank you to the fine officers of Parkersburg for catching this guy. My friend who is suffering from the stab wounds might be relieved to know this man is behind bars. Hopefully for a long time. Marcie

This is why we need more prisons they are full so people get released.our state officials would rather spend money on other things .I would rather have more prisons than back Obama care.

I beg to differ on the "fat" guy comment....he is definitely not far from fat. I would think that law enforcement should be required to maintain good health and be able to actually run a suspect down...I'm thinking this guy couldn't chase down someone using a walker.
