Killing Jobs

Prevent the EPA’s abuse of power

May 2, 2013

Most of us would be furious if we applied for a government permit to do something — such as remodel our homes — then, after having been granted it, were told the bureaucrats had changed their minds......

Aw, shucks! I had another comment for him. He had to ask if I'm as stupid as I sound (does that mean that he's hearing voices now...or again...or still?). Anyway, no one has asked him if he's as stupid as he sounds because he's already answered that question with his comments/rants/whining (choose one).

There is no back to me. denver has tucked tail and ran, at least on this thread. It's too bad that he's not more intelligent as I enjoy a healthy debate. Too bad, my interactions with him resemble Michael Jordan playing 1 on 1 with a cat.

Aw-w-w, is poor little denver getting upset? Sounds like some little boy needs a nappy-time. As usual, the silly little boy can dish it out but he can't take it. And I'm glad to see you're above the name-calling. NOT! And what's with the lol? You think asking if I'm Stupid is really that funny? (Don't watch the 3 Stooges. You may not be able to handle it.) My gosh, man, you need to get out of mama's basement and join the real world. On second thought... Any questions I asked have been so long ago that they're irrelevant at this time. Why don't you just answer the ones that Aaron is asking you instead of deflecting and coming after me? Because you can't, perhaps? You're like Brickhead Odumma...you won't or can't answer because you're not as smart as you want people to believe. Of course, compared to some libetards, you may be a genius...NA_A_A_A_H!!! Have a nice day!!! Back to you, AaronS.

Another question there DA. Why did the EPA veto permits for two streams the right fork of Pigeonroost Branch and White Oak Branch but allow the company continue to fill a third, the right fork of the Seng Camp Creek?

You've gone beyond the realm of ignorance now denver and are now showing those who choose to read your inane comments what you truly are and while I know I’m beating a dead horse, it’s SOO much fun owning you.

Add one more to the list of questions denver. You get on here and spout your tripe but when posed a legitimate question, you stammer worse than Mel Tillis discussing sea shells by the sea shore. Makes me wonder what you're so askeert of.

Wh wh wh wh wh wh what sa sa sa sa sa sa sa sa sa sa you fraidy cat?

Yes denver the Clean Water Act was established by Congress in 1972. Good for you, you can use wikipedia. But it's been amended, adjusted, modified and rewritten numerous times over the past 41 years. So my question to you, still unanswered, stands; should non-elected executive branch agencies have the authority to write legislation? Yes or no, it’s a relatively simple question. Is there a reason you struggle to answer it?

I also wonder, does your opposition to MTR minine include ALL MTR mining, or just coal in southern WV?

And since I'm asking questions, did you ever google the sites I mentioned or do you choose to remain ignorant and incorrectly believe that all former MTR sites are "moonscapes?"

AaronS, haven't you figured out by now that you're beating a stick with a dead horse? Sure, you have. In this case, the stick is smarter than person with whom you are sparring. Denver will never answer a question you pose to him (I know, because he would never answer my questions), but instead he will pose another question which usually has nothing to do with the subject you are discussing. Case in point, you're talking about the EPA and he's asking about ObamaCare!? Typical Social Democrat ploy..."Hey! I don't want to answer your question (because I'm stumped and don't have a freaking clue how to answer) so look over here. I've got a different topic for ya." BTW, the remark about the 3 first grade teachers almost made me fall out of my chair laughing. Hilarious! Keep up the good work even though it is an exercise in futility since you're in a battle of wits with an unarmed man. But, you already knew that.

Federal Water Pollution Control Amendments of 1972 CWA / Clean Water Act, Enacted by the 92nd United States Congress, Effective October 18, 1972.

Try again little buddy! :)

I told you denver, section 404 if the Clean Water Act. Are you seriously so dense that you missed that? Geeze. If you can't comprehend that, is there really hope that you can answer a simple question dealing with the complexities of our federal government?

I'll save you the trouble. That's a rhetorical question.

That means I don't expect you to answer, I'm trying to make a point.

Now I know how all 3 of your first grade teachers felt.

Portions of section 404 of the clean water act, according to Judge Jackson.

And no, the Supreme Court does not write legislation, they interpret laws and whether or not they adhere to the Constitution, all a part of their Constitutionally prescribed duties.

I'm not surprised that you don't know that though as you've demonstrated no knowledge whatsoever on Constitution issues.

Now answer the question put forth to you. Should non-elected executive bodies have the authority to write legislation?

I'm curious dennie, do you believe a non-elected executive branch agency shoul be allowed to write legislation? It's a simple, straight forward question so it should only take you a day or so to figure it out.

Get back to me when you do!!!
