Actually Privatized there are things being done about feral cats. Spaying and neutering them is working. With the addition of the S.P.O.T. Clinic it will also help.

If the PPD is left to its own devices they can just shoot all the stray dogs and feral cats. They would be right in their element.

My concern is the county builds their own shelter and end up a high kill shelter like other county run shelters.
