Oh boy, he will get 40 more days in jail. That will teach him, NOT! Why on earth do we keep showing compassion for the stupid members of society who repeatedly show no contempt for mankind. First offense, OK, depending on what the crime is, show a very small amount of mercy. More than one offense, even if it is not the same one, no mercy. Give them the most abusive, traumatic experience imaginable.

Maybe, just maybe, it will serve to teach the rest the consequences of their actions and they will think twice before doing something stupid.

What a waste of time and taxpayer money. This individual will, of course, not abide by any of these "programs", and will therefore find himself right back in front of the judge, who will dictate even more futile mandates until this "poor man" harms or kills someone. Watch this space....
