Find a place where your insurance isn't involved or the charges are minimal and you will still get quality care. Often times once the insurance runs out you either have to pay out of pocket or drop the therapy. Chiropractors for example often charge much less. As far as working out and exercising...Planet Fittness is a good place to go also. They offer trainers to help and have a great staff.

Why are Zumba Fitness and a physical therapy business even mentioned in the same article?

Planet fitness is a joke. Its dirty and the equipment rates on the border of poor to junk. Anytime Fitness on the Southside is cleaner, quieter has newer equipment and owned by local people who strive to make it a pleasant atmosphere.

Why is physical therapy mentioned in an article about fitness? Mountain River is a great place, but it's for physical therapy - not fitness. There is no mention of Planet Fitness, Anytime Fitness, Family Fitness or other places. It's obvious that Ramrod has never even been to Planet Fitness because of his comments. It's as clean as can be, while other fitness centers ARE dirty.
