I hope this does not turn into a self appointed EPA. If anyone would see a brine truck discharging into a fresh water stream, they should immediately call 911. Undocumented "sightings" of such activitys are just propaganda.

Can't turn into EPA b/c they don't have enforcement power.

Education & communication should help people know when to call, whom to call. That's what this organization should, & hopefully will, be doing. I commend people who make the effort.
