This bill will just drive up the healthcare costs of individuals who NEED the aforementioned narcotic prescription drugs for true medicinal value; I personally am a cancer survivor but was left with a permanent pain condition from radiation treatmentwhich has left me disabled though I am thenkful everyday for my survival. I have used narcotics for relief for five years so I can live a semi-normal existence. If I am required to visit my physician every 30 days for a NEW prescription my medicare copay costs will alone quadruple as will the cost to medicare. The solution is to give offenders and traffickers sentences in jail instead of "drug court", plea options and slaps on the wrist!

I have an idea... Stop prescribing pain peels to every swinging #### that walks thru the door!!! It has never been easier than it is now to pick up a script for perks, vics, or ocy's.
