How is it that 1 person who gets his 3rd offense dui gets 3 years in prison while another person gets his 3rd offense dui and gets probation??? Not to mention if you break your probation its ok??? I dont understand the justice system apparently!

It looks like our fine Prosecutor dropped the ball on Logston. Judge Beane must have fallen and hit his head putting 2 people that had their Home Confinement revoked back on Home Confinement to get revoked again.
