MothMan, it is going to be interesting to see what you do after you lawsuit is finalized. What will you next move be? Seem like you like to be in the spotlight.Being kicked out of Ohio Vally University because of a behavior issue, shoplifting incident,a feeble attempt to run for council, and now a suit against officials looking out for the public safety. Maybe if you were to shave and clean yourself up a little the spotlight would shine a little brighter for you. After all we all know, in your little mind you know you deserve the spotlight. PEACE BE WITH YOU

401 k is not the same as a pension.sorry to say most business are only hiring part time. If someone would leave a job with the city because they didn't get a raise to work for a retailer isn't too smart anyway.

Everyone expects and needs incremental pay increases over time. Not only to keep up with inflation but to improve our lives as well. Those in charge however must not forget of long term effect after they are long removed. Our folks certainly do not want to end up like the Century folks or strike the employer out of business and end up the big looser themselves at an age late in life that cannot be maintained again.
