He's already got one felony conviction, 2 more and he's done for good, which shouldn't take very long for HIM, to get. I know alot about this "whatever you wanna call him".

WallyinWV I do believe that I know you and it's funny you want to place judgement on my brother when you are the one that stalks my house even in your Napolis truck looking for my 17yr old daughter. And even crazier considering you stopped your truck in front of our house and pulled a gun on my 16yr. old daughter and her friends while I was on the porch. Stay away from my house and my kids you weirdo.

I am his sister and I think that the work program is a brilliant idea

I agree with the work program idea, it costs more to put someone in prison than to put them on welfare, so while in prison make him chose a trade, work supervised for the rest of his sentence then set him up with a job under probation when he gets out(paying a % of wages to repay debts). Society draws too harsh of a line between drug addiction and alcohol addiction just because one substance is legal (and often heavily encouraged...until it becomes a problem, then society turns it's back on the person and starts being judgmental). Also people who wish harm or death to others just because they made different and possibly harmful life choices than they themselves did are just as harmful to people as any other sort of abuse, and often are part of the reason that people lose their faith in humanity and turn to drugs and/or booze in the first place. Addicts make mistakes and may be fools, but self-righteous people with no compassion for others who judge others and wish them harm are Evil.

everyone has the right to their own opinion but I bet you didn't even know him. I know he did wrong but if we could have just gotten him the help that he needed this would have never happened. But instead we got turned away everywhere we went to get him help. Its not fair

Its much harder than people think. I know because I tried to save him before I found him laying dead somewhere. He is a really good person inside when he isnt on drugs. He was the greatest father ever before he got on drugs. I hate all those people that continue to sell people drugs and help ruin there lives. Everyone has a choice I know but sometimes people make the wrong choices when influenced

He is not too lazy to hold a job. He actually worked 2 jobs for 3 years. Then something devastating happened in his life and he turned to drugs. He wanted help but do you know how hard it is to even get into a rehab facility?

Put the low life into a burning furnace. His criminal behavior will cease to exist.

He looks pretty healthy to me. No need for him to be stealing for a living. The bum is just too lazy to do a days work. Send his****to the pen for about 20 years.
