With the huge caseloads the current magistrates and judges have, why not increase the number of them? This is a very serious problem for this state. There just are not enough of them to properly care for the cases already pending before the courts. This needs remedied, and quickly. Enough foot dragging - get it done already!

I believe the current judges and magistrates deserve a pay increase, but so do many other public servants. Everyone needs to sacrifice some right now we are told. However, the citizenry of this state deserve better when it comes to having someone available to hear their case in a timely manner.
