He was grandfathered in when the correctional center shut down.

Both Asbury and Sandy need to stay away from Wood County. We're better off without them.

One has to wonder where the resident troll sits on this? we all know he kissed up to Asbury on the charges from Sawyer. Now the resident with 100 names must ditch him to defend his savior Sandy. must be awful to have to chose between your demigods.
