Had the authorities had the rational act to execute on sight this indisputable dangerous criminal,the piece of*****would not have been arrested the second time. The powers that be must restore the death penalty to deal with this deadly activity. Prison time does not work;and pychological help for these low lifes is indeed a farce and unworkable.

Hey Judge, He made a liar and an idiot out of you didn't he. Get the hint and stick him in jail for a longggggg while. I got a better idea buy a pound of the drug and one needle lock him in a room for one night. Problem solved.
