One again, the newspaper adding insinuations to try and sensationalize a story and make it something it is not. At no time has Mr. Thornton asked the news to not run anything. He has gone through this unfortunate incident the same as anyone else would .... Except for the addition of a color picture and lots of extra, paper selling script. Too bad so much attention has never been paid to all the good he has done in the news. No wonder people are so skeptical about what they read in the paper.

No one should blame the paper for the council man's mistake in judgment! Public humiliation may be just what he needs to hit a bottom to see that he needs a different direction.
