Those who call delusions and despotism facts are really mentally questionable.

I don't know, why don't you call them and ask. Or maybe, you can ask your buddy Aaron L!

Hey Kitty, why don't you take some your political influence at the federal level and get them to change the law since it is a federal mandate. How did you feel about being apart from the normal students when and if you were in school?

Hey Kitty, why can't you find a private blog to show your defective thoughts to everyone like you do here. You are such an idiot.

While I am glad the Board of Education identified and punished the PHS teacher who abused her student, I think they should require her to receive a psychiatric evaluation to see if she is mentally fit to teach and supervise children.

Is it ok for two autism special Ed teacher to send a child on a county wide field trip unsupervised with the principal and parents unaware of this happening? The child had spent more than nine months in residential treatment facility. The child had only attended school three days after being released. The child went nuts had several major blow ups at wvup last year during the event. the reasoning from the teachers was they wanted an extra aide in the classroom and this way they got it. The teacher undid everything the nine months may have accomplished but no one will ever know. And again it was not suppose to be a big deal, but the more I think about it it may be come a big deal.

Suspension seems like a mild consequence for what this teacher did. One would hope that her yearly evaluation would indicate unsatisfactory performance in the classroom and her employment terminated.

Thanks Matt... I do not condone a lawsuit which will take money away from our students, as our county schools have enough issues to address as it is. If it's a lawsuit to change policy, allow better training, and ensure this situation doesn't ever again occur, I'm ok with that. If this can all be resolved, and the change in policy and training be done WITHOUT any lawsuits, that would be outstanding, and the best resolution for everyone involved, which includes ALL Wood county kids.

I also don't appreciate the implication that I set my kid up to be a rat for a payout. Truth is, my kid took the pic and sent it before I had any clue that any of it was going on. A colleague of mine, who has known my children and me for years, informed me because she'd heard about it and wanted to tell me how proud of my kid she was. Then I asked my son about it, and he filled me in. THAT'S how I came to know about all of this.

The only fraud I know of on these boards is a person with over 100 usernanes and cant keep one up more than 90 days. It must be to all the fraudulent info posted about cookouts and drinking with some officers claiming not to know him.

First of all, Mack76 is a HER, you idiot. Secondly, I have no part in any lawsuit, or any potential award from any lawsuit, and where that rumor began is beyond me, but I can make a few educated guesses, and Heof1000Names is a good start. Third, Mr. Multiple Personalities discussing ethics? Ha, that's laughable...nuff said there. Finally, my kid is no "rat", and my sons have been taught to always do the right thing, even if it's not popular. You, sir, could learn a thing or two from them.

This is hilarious our resident that supports telling the on the public to the police calls everyone a rat who tells on officials. How is itt just fine for the general public to tell on each other for infractions to laws but not fine for officials to be reported by other officials or the common person for infractions to the very same system supposed to be equal? it makes no sense. if the law is to provide equal protection then it has to be equally applied. If a whistleblower is to be praised for actions leading to an arrest . Why does the whistle blower only get praise when it is a citizen is the one to be punished yet their a rat if it is a official? Its a two way street or the system is a joke plain and simple.
