It could be a great use of money at a discounted cost (because of the partnership). $9 million isn't what it used to be!

I totally agree with wildcitykitty628! The majority of the time this building will sit emepty and cost more money than it will be worth. WVP needs a fully functioning theatre-or they could build a bigger area for the library. This is such a baad idea!

This sounds more like a deal with the devil than what is best for the school and it's students.

It doesn't matter if it is a waste of money or not. WVUP and it's main administrative staff will have an amazing (if not somewhat useless) thing to put on their resumes, so they are going to fight for it no matter what anyone else thinks.

Gnage could pawn her full-length fur coat to help pay for this useless project.

I lost faith in the governance of WVUP when they bought $2.4 million of computers from the guy operating from a shack on a street corner in Florida. On top of that, I still am trying to understand how the college can buy something that is allegedly valued beyond the bid limit, then, the price is abruptly changed to a value just under the amount required for a bid, but the excess value of the item or service ends up being considered to be a 'donation'.
