DisturbedAgain

How in the world do these people get deferred and credit for time served? Theives and drug dealers need to be dealt with harshly so they will not attempt to do something like that again. I'm sure probation will convince them that they should walk a straight line from now on. NOT! I agree, we should not have to pay for these imbeciles to sit in a jail cell with all of the amenities available, we should be charging them to be there and make them work 6 days a week, 12 hours a day. I guarantee you they would get the point after hard work and a large bill from the state.

The last woman was within a 1000' of a school. How is she still able to walk around. It is obvious she doesn't care, it wasn't the first time. Teach lessons that acquire results.

Our justice system is a disgrace. Criminals give up their rights when they are arrested, we do not owe them anything, they owe us.

And don't tell me it was a mistake, they knew exactly what they were doiing.
