this does sound a little odd. im in parkersburg but i support your statement Ron, this sets a bad precedence that if youre arrested just file a lawsuit against the arresting officers and you will get the charges dropped plus a little something extra. wow what a way to support your law enforcement community city government and way to keep your tax paying citizens informed

What is that smell? Raw sewage? How is justice served when public servants are protected in this fashion? Why is the public bound to an action made in secret? How can the public know if their elected officials and police are behaving appropriately when these deals are done behind closed doors? You're paying for this Marietta Taxpayers. Speak up! No more secret deals.
