This is so sad. The article is right on. The school administrators and teachers do not tolerate bullying. But the bullies are slick, and only do these things when they won't get caught.

I call BS. Time and time again teachers and administrators ignore bully tactics, and engage in them themselves "bad kid fort"...

Bullying is mean, this is true. But hows about we stop raising a generation of emotional cripples. Raise your children with a work ethic and morals that will give them self esteem. Kids/adults who feel good about themselves don't obsess about what others think and/or spend all their waking hours creeping on social media sites.

Bullying is wrong-but where were the parents while all this is going on. In my opinion if a parent is truly doing their job-a child starts school with a sense of worth and self esteme and is encouraged to come to their parents with problems-full knowing that they won't be judged of shamed and will betreated with unconditional love. Apparently not all of those things were givne to this child.

Although bullying existed in my day at school(1950s),it was not as widespread as now. I believe that lack of parental discipline(which did not exist in the 1950s),idolizing musicians who lack morals in their rap music(a form of expressing hatred),inadequate TV exposure(in the 1950s youth were not exposed to violence, but family values on tv,such as seen on Make Room for Daddy & Leave it to Beaver),the dechristianization of society as well as the current one parent society that are all causing low self esteem among the youth, thus increasing bullying among them. This is a social problem created directly by cultural change evolution that is harming the once stable and functional family of the past.Returning to a 1950s culture,I believe, would reduce the lack of self esteem and the resultant excessive and uncontrollable bullying we see today.
