The 3800 block of Liberty is actually off of 38th St...closer to 36th St and Emerson.

I am baffled as to why there are so many crimes in the vicinity of this street. Washington Street is near, as is PHS, churches, etc. You wouldn't think this was a bad area, but apparently, you have to live in the middle of a cornfield to find a good neighborhood/

I just looked on Facebook. The guy they are looking for changed hi profile pic about 50 min ago. You can see "blocked" content on a smartphone. I wonder if the police checked FB?
