Up, To the MOV Regional Council for looking into moving its downtown Parkersburg headquarters! The move could open up space for more economic development in downtown Parkersburg. "It would open it up to small business or retail," And The planned opening of a culinary school by West Virginia University at Parkersburg on Market Street near that location could act as a draw for a business.
