You know, there are people like north26103 that are like back seat drivers. They always think they know more or have better ways to do anything. Do you see them offering help or volunteering?? NO! People like this are best ignored. I shouldn't have acknowledged his comment, but some people just hit my reflex mode.

Good to see that motorcycle activities are becoming a valid addition to area activities that will provoke and stimulate interest. There is a large community of motorcycle enthusiasts in Parkersburg and surrounding areas, and already many come from out of the area to attend various motorcycle functions that are held for different charities. The Thunder Roads event was a major draw for people that haven't been to the Mid-Ohio Valley before. We have beautiful roads and scenery, as well as a lot of businesses that are biker-friendly. When riding season is upon us again, that is definitely an avenue that the CVB could pursue to drum up more interest in the area, in tandem with the other jewels that Parkersburg has to offer.
