WVU needs more than football players. It also needs coaches.

WVU hasn't had a football team that played well on all sides (defense, offense, and special teams) since Don Nehlen was Head Coach.

Rich Rod's teams lacked Special Teams play and could tackle.

Stewart's teams lacked Special Team play and an offense.

Under Holgorsen in 2011, WVU lacked Special Team play and a running game. In 2912, WVU lacked not only lacked Special Team play and a running game, but it no simulance of a defense.

Part of the "Quick Fix" apprears to be JUCO recruits, which may work short term. The real fix is the hiring of quality coaches that can build a team by recruiting 4 & 5 Star high school athletes.
